  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 16 frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c cheddar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 pepper

Step 1

Cook bacon.Saute onion and pepper. Beat eggs and milk and stir in potatoes, cheese and rest. BAke uncovered at 350 for 35-34 or until knife comes out clean.
