Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of cauliflower
  • 2 T. water
  • 1/2 cup-mayonnaise
  • 1/2 T onion
  • 1 1. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place cauliflower in 1 quart casserole dish

Add water, cover with plastic wrap or glass lid

Microwave on high for 8-9 minutes

Mix mayonnaise, onion and mustard and spread over top and sides of cauliflower

Sprinkle with cheese

Microwave on roast for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese
