Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Beat all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13” pan. Sprinkle a box of yellow cake mix over the top. Melt 1 cup butter and pour over the mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over that.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Top with Cool Whip.
