    C Yellow Onion Sliced

    T Tomato Paste

    C Beef Stock

  • 1/4

    C Red Wine

  • 3/4

    t Sea Salt

  • 1/2

    T Thyme

  • Fresh Parmesan Grated

  • 1/2

    T Fresh Parsley Minced

Directions

Medium Bowl Add Meat, 1/4C Parsley, 1t Salt & 1/2t Pepper. Mix Well & Divide Into 4- 6oz Patties 1" Thick. Place Flour in Shallow Dish & Dredge each Patty. Large Skillet Medium Heat, Add EVOO, Butter & Patties. Saute 3- 5 Minutes Each Side until Brown. Remove & Keep Warm. Add Shallot, Onions & Sugar to Skillet, Saute 5 Minutes. Stir in Garlic & Tomato Paste, Saute 1 Minute until Paste Browns. Add Stock, Wine, 3/4t Salt & Thyme. Add Patties Bring to a Boil. Reduce Heat to Low, Cover & Simmer 10 Minutes. Serve Hot & Garnish with Parsley & Parmesan.
