Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kraft Signature Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thick strips
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 tub philadelphia light brick cream cheese cubed
- 8 cups packed baby spinach leaves torn
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 large)
- 2 tbsp parmesan grated cheese

Step 1
Heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium high heat. add chicken, cook 5 mins, add broth. bring to boil. Stir in rice, return to boil. Cover reduce heat to medium, simmer 5 mins.
Add cream cheese, cook until cream cheese is completely meted, stirring occasionally. Add spinach cover, cook 2 mins. Cover remove from heat.
Let stand 5 mins. Stir in tomatoes, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
