Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/1 /2cup pumpkin
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- ICING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup evap milk
- 1 cup conf. sugar, sifted
- 1 T. rum

Step 1
350*..beat butter and cream cheese at med speed unil creamy..graduallyadd sugar..beat til light and fluffy.. add eggs 1 at a time..beating after each..stir in pumpkin and vanilla..combine flour and next 4 ingrd. gradually add to butter mix..beat at low speed til blended.. spoon into lightly greased mini pans..filling 3/4 full..bake 24-26 min ..bring sugar,evap milk and butter to boil over med heat..whisking constantly..1 min...remove from heat gradually whisk in conf sugar and rum til smooth..whisk gently 3-5 min or until mix cools and tichkens slightly..use immediately
