Ingredients
- 1 16 0z Package of frozen (cubed) hash brown potatoes
- 1 10.5 oz can, cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 medium onion (diced)
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 16 oz container of sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes.
