Ingredients
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 4 + 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 16 ounces Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 40 lady fingers
- 16 ounces raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put jam in bowl, add 4 tables Grand Marnier and mix.
2. Mix Mascarpone with 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier.
3. Mix heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
4. Fold cream mixture into cheese mixture, little by little.
5. In plan, layer lady fingers, top with half raspberry sauce, then spread on half the cheese mixture, covering the entire layer.
6. Top with raspberries.
7. Repeat layer.
8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
