Maple Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 7/8 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 t butter
- 2 t maple sugar
- 1/2 t ginger

Step 1
Method:
Combine all of the above ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450˚F for 10 minutes and then, 350˚F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together one t melted butter, 2 t maple sugar and 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture over the pie and return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool and serve.
