Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp bkg soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb cubed apples
  • 1 cup brn sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brn sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to350*
Spray a bundt pan.
Sift dry ingredients including the apples and the nuts. Cream sugars and oil. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and pour into the pan.
Bake for 1 hour
Make frosting by bringing ingredients to a boil,then add vanilla.
Take cake out and pour 1/4 cup over hot cake. Wait 15 minutes, turnout cake and pour the caramel over to coat.
