  • 6 each sliced snow peas
  • 2 oz.julienned radishes
  • 2 oz.carrots,sliced
  • 6 oz.ahi tuna,sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil ,spray
  • salt,pepper to taste
  • 1 sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp.chopped green onions
  • 1 oz ponzu sauce
  • 1 tsp.wasabi

Step 1

Blanch the snow peas,radishes,and carrots;set aside
Coat the tuna with olive oil,salt and pepper,and sesame seeds.Then sear on all sides.
Place the green onions in the ponzu sauce.Cut the tuna and serve on top of
the vegetables with a side of ponzu and wasabi.
