Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
- 2 C Confectioners Sugar
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract (or rum)
- 1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 Angel Food Cake, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 quts. Fresh Strawberries, thinly sliced
- 3 T Sugar
- 3 T Amaretto or 1 tsp Almond Extract

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar; add sour cream, vanilla and almond extract. Set aside. In a small, deep bowl, whip the cream, vanilla and sugar. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces; set aside. Combine strawberries, sugar and almond liqueur/extract. Layer together in large glass bowl, starting with strawberries, then add cake mixture. Continue layering; finish with strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap; chill well.
