Black bean pinwheels

  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • Tony chacherre,s seasoning to taste
  • Small flour tortillas



Step 1

Drain beans; blend in food processor. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, beans, and seasoning to taste. Spreead a few tbsp of mix on the center of each tortilla, leaving 2 inches around the edges. Roll tortilla up tightly. Lay seam side down in a dish, put in fridge for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 1 into slices.
Serve with salsa for dipping.
