Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 can (about 1 lb.) pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk (1 2/3 cup)

Step 1
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl; add brown sugar, pumpkin, salt, and spices; mix well. Stir in evaporated milk; pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375; bake 30 minutes or until thin-bladed knife or spatula inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
