Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in food processor. Place in a lightly buttered casserole and sprinkle additional parmesan and paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
