Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil and eggs. Pour batter into a greased 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
