  • 4 c frozen O'Brien potatoes (16 oz)
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 18x13: piece of heavy-duty foil. Place potatoes on foil. Drizzle with oi; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Wrap foil securely around potatoes.
Grill 30 minutes turning once. Open packet, sprinkle with cheese. Cover loosely and grill 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
