Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1/2 lb velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 T dijon mustard or more if you like
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/3 c green onion slices
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 3 1/2 c tri colored rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c french fried onion rings

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix milk, velveeta and mustard in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cheese is completely melted, sturring occasionally. Add bacon, green onions and pepper; mix lightly. Remove from heat. Add to pasta in large bowl and toss to coat.
Spoon into greased 2 qt casserole dish; cover.
Bake 15-20 min or until heated through. Uncover; stir. Top with onion rings and bake uncovered 5 min more. Let stand before serving.
