Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 16 oz velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut up
- 1 can Rotell Diced Tomatoes and chilies, undrained
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in microwaveable dish. Cook on high for 5 min or until velveeta is completely melted and mix is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
