Ingredients
- 1 large green pepper-chopped
- 1 med. onion-chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- dash cayenne
- pepper
- 2 cans (1 lb. each) corned beef hash
- salt
- 4 eggs-hard boiled-sliced

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter-add green pepper,onion-cook
til limp-combine sour cream,mustard,
cayenne and black pepper-add onion and
green pepper,mix well-in med bowl combine
hash and sour cream mixture-blend well
add salt,if desired-transfer to casserole
dish-bake 400 F about 25 mins.
put egg slices on top - sprinkle with parsley
