• 4 eggs
• 2 C sugar
• 1 C salad oil
• 2 C flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 C pumpkin (Pumpkin for Pie)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs and sugar til light. Add oil, continue beating. combine dry ingredients and beat thoroughly into egg mixture. Add pumpkin and mix well.

2. Bake in greased tube pan. Bake at 350 deg. 55 minutes. Cool in pan 20 mins. Turn out and cool on rack. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
