- 1 1/2 lbs Red Potatoes
- 1/2 c Red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/3 c Celery
- 5 tb Mayo
- 1/4 c Shallots minced
- 1/4 c Green onion
- 2 tb White Wine Vin
- 1 tb Dijon mstrd

Preparation
Step 1
Boil & simmer potatoes 15 min.-rinse in cold water, drain & cool
Quarter potatoes
Combine all - toss to coat
