Ingredients

  • 1 T. onion soup mix
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 T. oil

Preparation

Step 1

In Ziplock bag combine all dry ingredients.
Cut each potato into wedges.
Add potatoes to bag and shake to coat.
Place on greased jelly roll pan.
Drizzle with oil.
Bake uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes. Turn, bake 15-20 minutes longer.
