Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 c. mashed potatoes
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
• 1 tsp. minced chives
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

2. Turn into a greased 2-qt. casserole. Combine bread crumbs, with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.

3. Bake at 350 degree F for 50-60 min. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
