Ingredients
- 16 c. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. baking soda

Step 1
Place popcorn in 2 9” x 13” cake pans. In large saucepan mix sugar, salt, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Bring to boil, let boil 5 minutes then add baking soda, stir, and pour over popcorn, do not stir. Put pans in oven at 200º for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
