Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh spinach leaves torn into bite sized pieces.
- 2 large cans (about 8 oz. each) mandarin oranges drained
- One quarter cup almonds, slivered
- 3 oz. real bacon bits
- 2 eggs hard-boiled and diced
- One quarter cup green onions chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Dressing
One quarter cup dry red wine
One half cup vegetable oil
One quarter cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
One half tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Toss salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients together. Shake well and serve dressing with salad.
