Cherry M&M Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Cherry M&Ms and chocolate bits add a special touch to easy chocolate cookies starting with cake mix. Combine all ingredients at once for a fast, sweet finish.

Ingredients

• 1 (16.5-ounce) box dark chocolate fudge cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (4.4-ounce) jumbo Hershey bar, chopped
• 3/4 cup cherry M&Ms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with silicone baking mats for easy baking and cleanup.

In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, chocolate and M&Ms and stir until combined.

Drop by the spoonful onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake 12 minutes.

Let cool on the cookie sheet for a minute or two and then allow to cool on a cooling rack.
