Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Red Skinned Potatoes (any variety of potato may be used)
- 2 ounces Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 2 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- To taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash potatoes well, and cut into wedges.
2. In a large bowl mix the spices and olive oil.
3. Add the raw potatoes.
4. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.
