Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 t seasoned salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 1/2 cup onion
- Pam
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small saucepan, combine milk, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook and stir over med heat until thick and bubbly.
2. Stir in onion and cook about 5 min until onion is translucent.
3. Coat casserole dish with Pam. Place 1/2 of the potatoes on the bottom of the dish, top with 1/2 of the sauce, repeat with remaining potatoes and sauce.
4. Bake, covered at 350 for 65 min, stir once.
5. Remove from oven and top with cheese, cover and let stand 1-2 min until cheese melts.
