Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground turkey (or venison)
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 tblsp chili flakes, or 1 tsp cayenne
- 3 tblsp kosher salt
- 3 tblsp black pepper
- 1 tblsp garlic
- 3 tblsp bell seasoning
- 2 tblsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and refrigerate for 1-2 days. Freeze in patties, logs. Or in pound size food saver bags.
