Frozen Key Lime (or Lemon) Pie

Ingredients
- Prepare a graham cracker crust
- 6 lg egg yolks at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp lime or lemon zest
- 3/4 cup lime or lemon juice
- Whipped cream for topping if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs yolks on high for 5 minutes until thick.
Reduce speed to medium and add milk, zest and juice until well combined.
Pour into pie shell and freeze.
Allow to stand at room temperature for 20 mins or so before serving. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
