Ingredients
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
- 1 can black eye peas (drained and partially mashed)
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- garlic
- cumin

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight to blend flavors.
