Ingredients

  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 3 tblsp olive oil
  • 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 can black eye peas (drained and partially mashed)
  • 1 tblsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • garlic
  • cumin
