broccoli cauliflower casserole

  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1 lb. cauliflower
  • 3 med. onions
  • 4 tbsp. butter ormargarine
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup mlk
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. (1/2 cup) sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper, and garlic to taste



Step 1

Ssteam veggies al dente
Heat butter, add flour. Reduce heat and blend in cream cheese. Add milk, salt,pepper and garlic. Pour over veggiees in casserole dish, cover with shredded cheddar. Mix crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
