Ingredients
- crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks marg softened
- 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
- 1 teas vanilla
- press into bottom of springform pan bake at 4oo degrees for 8 minutes or until brown then cool
- filling:
- 5 pkgs cr cheese
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbls flour
- 1 teas vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- blend with mixer add eggs and yolks one at a time beat well stir in heavy cream
- pineapple filling:
- 3 tbls sugar
- 1 tbsl cornstarch
- stir in 1 lb 14 oz crush pineapple cook and stir over med heat until thick cool
- put pineapple filling on bottom and top with filling

bake at 475 degrees for 12 mins
turn oven down to 250 degreesfor 1 1/2 hours turn off oven and let cool in oven for 1 hour
