Ingredients

  • crust:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks marg softened
  • 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • press into bottom of springform pan bake at 4oo degrees for 8 minutes or until brown then cool
  • filling:
  • 5 pkgs cr cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbls flour
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • blend with mixer add eggs and yolks one at a time beat well stir in heavy cream
  • pineapple filling:
  • 3 tbls sugar
  • 1 tbsl cornstarch
  • stir in 1 lb 14 oz crush pineapple cook and stir over med heat until thick cool
  • put pineapple filling on bottom and top with filling

Step 1

bake at 475 degrees for 12 mins
turn oven down to 250 degreesfor 1 1/2 hours turn off oven and let cool in oven for 1 hour
