- 8 OZ BUTTER
- 1 TSP LB GARLIC POWDER
- 1 TSP LB ONION POWDER
- 1 – 2 CUP CHIVES
- 1 TSP LB PEPPER
- 1 TSP LB SALT
- 1 LB CRUMBLED BACON
- 32 OZ CHICKEN BROTH
- OPTIONS: CUBED HAM, SHREDDED PORK, PEAS JUST TO ADD A LIL TWIST

CUBE POTATOES PLACE IN CROCK POT. ADD IN
CHICKEN BROTH ENOUGH TO COVER
POTATOES.TURN ON HIGH COOK TILL
TENDER. MASH ADDING IN REST OF
INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL.
ADD IN GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER
AND PEPPER TO TASTE. START WITH ½ TSP PER
LB OF EACH IF YOU LIKE CHIVES ADD MORE IN
