Hash Brown Potato Casserole
- 2 lb. (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Hash Browns, thawed
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 C. Chopped onion
- 8 oz. bag grated Cheddar Cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
- Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with the reserved 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt.
