Hash Brown Potato Casserole

  • 2 lb. (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 C. Chopped onion
  • 8 oz. bag grated Cheddar Cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
  • Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste



Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.

Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.

Sprinkle with the reserved 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt.
