Ingredients
- 2 1/1 cups plus 5 1/2 tbsp. cake flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cupe butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup firm packed light bron sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large very ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting
- Garnish: Dried banana chips

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat 350
Sift flour, soda and salt
Beat butter on medium
add sugar and brown sugar
Add eggs 1 at a time
beat in mashed baanas at low speed
Gradually add flour mixture
Pour batter into 2 greased floured 9-inch round cake pans
Bake 350 for 30, cool for 10
Spread frosting
