Ingredients
- 1 ) 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 ) 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 3 ) 1 onion, chopped
- 4 ) 4 minced garlic cloves
- 5 ) 1 (30 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 ) 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 7 ) 1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 8 ) 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 9 ) 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 10 ) 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 11 ) 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 ) 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 13 ) cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all ingredients, except for rice, in slow cooker for 8 hrs. Serve over rice.
