Preparation

Step 1

In a separate bowl, mix the streusel mixture up with a fork until crumbly. Set aside.

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix your cake mix per box instructions, and pour into a greased and floured cake pan. Time to add the blueberries! Spoon blueberry pie filling evenly across the top of the unbaked cake. Next, take your Streusel topping, and sprinkle it over the top of the cake mix and blueberries. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool, and top with a simple Confectioner's Sugar Glaze or Cream Cheese Glaze drizzled frosting. Serve warm or cold…either way, this is moist, flavorful, easy, and amazing!

Confectioner's Sugar Glaze:
Mix ingredients well by hand with a spoon. Add additional confectioner's sugar to thicken the glaze if needed. Drizzle over cooled cake!

Cream Cheese Glaze:
Beat cream cheese and butter until very creamy. Beat in confectioner's sugar. Stir in vanilla. Add 3 tbsp milk. If needed, add more milk to get desired consistency for drizzling.
