Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 24 medium shrimp, peeled
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2-1 Tbsp Hungarian Paprika
- 4 oz butter
- S&P
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the oil until hot, add the shrimp and garlic. Cook until the shrimp are pink and almost done. Add the wine, continue to simmer for 2 minutes
Remove from the heat. Add the butter and the paprika. Season with S&P
