Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds (pepitos)

Preparation
Step 1
Use a large baking sheet with sides. Add oil, chili powder, vinegar, garlic, salt, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir to blend. Add the pumpkin seeds, stir to coat.
Bake in a 350 degree oven about 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Stir 2-3 times during baking.
