Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 TBSP. melted butter
- 1 - 3-3/4 " oz. instant pudding (vanilla or lemon)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 - 16 oz. can sliced peaches
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 TBSP. peach juice
- 1 TBSP. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnimon

Preparation
Step 1
(preheat oven to 350 degrees)
1) Mix together and spread into a Pam sprayed glass pie dish:
(make batter have a slightly heavy rim around the edge)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 TBSP. melted butter
1 - 3-3/4" oz. instant pudding (vanilla or lemon)
1/2 c. milk
2) Drain well & place over batter
(arrange in a circular shape; non on your slightly heavy rim around the edge)
1 - 16 oz. can sliced peaches
3) Beat the following ingredients and place over the peaches
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 TBSP. peach juice
4) Mix the following and sprinkle over the pie
1 TBSP. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnimon
Bake for 30-35 minutes; the top will start to crack.
