Orange Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine
- 1 teaspoon Durkee® Ground Cinnamon, optional
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup minature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans OR walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Durkee® Imitation Orange Flavor

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook to a soft ball stage, using a candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts; mix until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract.
Pour fudge into buttered 8-inch pan. Chill until solid, about 6 hours, or overnight. Cut into 1-inch squares when cool.
