Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 med onion, chopped
• 3 T melted margarine
• 1 lb ground beef
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 6 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
• 1 can tomato soup

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and margerine in skillet. Add beef, seasonings, cook til meat done. Layer 1/2 cabbage, beef. cabbage. Add soup. Cover with foil. Baked 1 hour at 350.
