Lemon-Lime Green Smoothie

This smoothie is a little tart because of the lemon and lime, but it’s well worth trying. The grapes and banana help to sweeten it a little.
This smoothie might be small, but it’s loaded with nutrients. Just one cup of kale adds 8 percent of your recommended daily value of calcium, 10 percent of your recommended daily value of fiber, and 3 grams of protein. Most of the nutrients in the smoothie come from the kale.

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small frozen banana,peeled
- 1/4 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- 1/4 lime, peeled
- 1 cop curly kale,stems removed

Step 1
Add liquid to blender, followed by soft fruit and remaining ingredients. Add die greens to your blender last,
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds (depending on your blender) or until the smoothie is creamy.
