Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 – 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can (5.5 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients together and mix with spoon (not mixer). Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until center is done.
Topping: Combine butter, sugar, milk in small saucepan. Cook 5 minutes. Add nuts and coconut. Spoon on cake while hot.
