Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Italian Turkey sausage - Remove and discard casings
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- 3 (14 1/2) ounce cans of beef broth
- 2 (14 1/2) ounce cans of diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (8) ounce can of tomato sauce
- 2 carrots sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Crumble the sausage as you go, and then drain when it is thoroughly cooked.
Stir the crumbled sausage and all of the remaining ingredients together in a large pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Skim off any fat and serve.
