Strawberry Jam

  • 2 lb fresh strawberries
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pouch liquid pectin



Step 1

Crush strawberries, making 4 cups. Stir together berries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan. Once sugar is dissolved, increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Boil until mixture reaches 220 degrees F. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Ladel into sterilized jars.
