Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Balkan-style plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt1 pinch pepper
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or 2 cups cooked chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) halved grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) diced celery
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) diced red onion
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
