Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2 c. torn Romaine lettuce
- 2 c. torn bibb (butter) lettuce
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped and lighted toasted
- 3 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 pint. strawberries, sliced
- Dressing:
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 T. raspberry vinegar
- 1 T. sr. cream
- 1 1/2 t. Dijon mustard

Step 1
Dressing: In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well using a wire whisk.
Salad: In a large bowl, combine all salad items. Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss until coated. Garnish with whole strawberries.
